Biff Poggi Embraces Interim Role, Eyes Full-Time Michigan Head Coaching Job

I don’t know what’s going to happen. I just appreciate being considered, and we’ll see what happens.”
Despite the uncertainty, Poggi’s confidence is clear. When asked what sets him apart from other candidates, he responded succinctly: “Because I know what the hell I’m doing.” His familiarity with the Michigan program and its culture is a significant selling point, especially as the Wolverines seek stability after a turbulent offseason.
The university’s decision to part ways with Moore came swiftly after an internal investigation revealed the coach’s inappropriate relationship with a staff member, a violation that led to his firing with cause.
